Eventor.app is a growing Event management platform and this is the Eventor Check-in app.
The App lets you check-in guests on your iPhone or iPad using several devices at the same time. It is perfect for event professionals, PR agencies and exhibitors.

The UI of the App is optimised in the way that you don’t need any training to use it and welcome guests. It is perfect for all event organisers and managers that want to have a modern check-in process at a fair price.

With Eventor you can create a free event to use in the App. For free events, you can add guests "one by one" in the App.

Version History • Sign in with a passkey, using Face ID or Touch ID instead of a password. Enrol one in your profile, and it works on the web and on Android too.
• Team invitation links now open straight in the app and sign you in.
• On iPad, the guest list shows how many guests you can still add, and the dashboard shows who is signed in.
• Guests can only be added as already checked in from an hour before the event starts, so a stray tap no longer checks someone in days early.
• Phone numbers entered on any Eventor app or on the web are now stored in the same format, so a number added on one device works everywhere.
• Fixes: a freeze that could follow signing in, messages cut off on smaller screens, and dates formatted wrongly in some regions. 1.4.4 4d ago Shared events are now easy to recognise. The event card and the guest list both show who shared the event with you and what you are allowed to do in it.

Your profile shows the teams you belong to, and lets you update your photo, name, phone number and company without leaving the app.

On iPad the dashboard now shows who is signed in, and each event shows how many more guests you can still add.

Phone numbers are saved in one international format across iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, so a number added on one of them works on all of them. Picking a country is easier too, with a searchable list.

Also in this version: past events are sorted newest first, long guest names are no longer cut off, the check-in button keeps a single size, the add button is hidden where you cannot add guests, and check-in is offered from an hour before the event starts. 1.4.2 Sep 17 Updated for the latest iPhones and iOS 26.
